Fried Mutton Chops With Potato Rostis

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 4-5
  • Boiled potatoes 1 kg
  • Ginger 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 7-8
  • Red chili flakes 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Beaten egg 2-3
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup
  • Oil for fry

For Potato Rostis:

  • Grated potato 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Grind green chilies and ginger.
  2. Now boil mutton chops with ginger green chilies mixture, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes and 1 cup water and cook on medium flame until dry.
  3. Then cool it, sprinkle chaat masala, mix it nicely and coat chops with boiled potatoes.
  4. Now dip chops in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot oil.
  5. For potato rostis: Mix potato with salt, black pepper and flour, make pattie, heat oil in pan and shallow fry from both sides.

Fried Mutton Chops With Potato Rostis is delicious dish. Chops is boiled with ginger & green chilies paste and coated with bread crumbs. Deep fried in oil and serve with potato rostis.
