Palak Mash Ki Daal

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Mash daal 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Whole red chilies 10
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash mash daal with lukewarm water and soak it.
  2. Now wash finely chopped spinach and soak with turmeric.
  3. Then mix daal and spinach and cook on low flame.
  4. When daal tender, crush it lightly, put salt, red chilies, ginger and butter and cook again for 10 minutes.
  5. Then heat oil and butter, fry garlic until golden brown and put bhagar on daal.
  6. Serve it with hot hot chapati

Palak Mash Ki Daal is wonderful & healthy dish. The addition of butter is amazing. It is served with raita and naan. You must try recipe at home.
