Seviyon Ka Zarda
- Vermicelli 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped almonds 10
- Small cardamom 6
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Sugar 3 cups
- Finely chopped pistachios 10
- Water 1 cup
- Heat ghee and put sugar with cardamom.
- When aroma comes, put vermicelli, roast it and take out in thali.
- Now put sugar and water in pot, cook it, put roasted vermicelli, almonds and pistachios and simmer it on low flame.
- When water dries, take out in dish and serve.
Seviyon Ka Zarda is delicious sweet dish. It is cooked in ghee. You must try this sweet dish at home.
