Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Bread slices 2
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Almonds & Pistachios 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Blend milk, eggs, sugar, bread slices, saffron, cardamom powder and rose water.
  2. Now put in baking tray.
  3. Then sprinkle almonds and pistachios and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve cold or hot.

Bori Custard is Bohra cuisine. It is sweet dish. Ingredients are blended and baked in oven. It is served cold or hot.
