Bhindi Masala

Ingredients:

  • Okra 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Whole small green chilies 4

Method:

  1. Fry okra until brown.
  2. Now take it out.
  3. Now fry garlic, salt, red chili powder and turmeric in this oil and add water.
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook on low flame.
  5. Then add fried okra, green chilies and fried onion and simmer it for 10 minutes.

Bhindi Masala is tasty dish. It is very easy recipe to make. Served with roti. You can serve it in breakfast.
