Chandan Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Almond paste 1 tbsp
  • Kabab chini 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Mix beef mince and chicken mince and chop 2 times.
  2. Now add salt, red chili powder, all spice, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, almond paste, kabab chini, raw papaya, green chilies, coriander leaves, bread crumbs and egg, mix it and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then make kabab and shallow fry it.
  4. Then give smoke of coal or bake it or BBQ it.

Chandan Kabab is delicious kabab. Beef & chicken mince is used. It is shallow fried and then baked or BBQ. Serve it with sauce or ketchup or chutney.
