Chicken Pasanday

Ingredients:

  • Chicken pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tsp
  • Cardamom 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Bay laves 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put chicken, yogurt and ginger garlic in pot, cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion paste.
  3. When golden, put cumin, coconut, cardamom, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and bay leaves and roast on high flame.
  4. Then put masala chicken, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. When chicken tender, roast for 10 minutes, add water, green chilies and coriander leaves and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Then take out in dish, out ginger and serve.

Chicken Pasanday is tasty dish. The addition of coconut is amazing. You can serve it with rice or roti.
