Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Corn 1/2 cup
  • Celery 1 cup
  • Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken stocks 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Pie crust for covering

Method:

  1. Add button, onion and garlic in pan, saute it, add maida and mix it nicely.
  2. Then add chicken stock and milk, make smooth mixture and add chicken cubes, carrot, celery, corn, mix herbs, salt, oregano and parsley.
  3. Make pie crust dough with maida, salt, sugar and water.
  4. Then roll dough.
  5. Now put chicken mixture in pie pot, cover with pie crust, bake for 20 minutes and serve.

Chicken Pot Pie is savory pie dish. It is prepared with chicken, herbs and vegetables. Then put in pie pot, covered with pie crust and baked.
