Masala Matar

Ingredients:

  • Peas 2 cups
  • Crushed brown onion 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Whole green chilies 6
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Blended tomatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add onion, all masalay and 1/2 cup water and fry it.
  2. Now put blended tomatoes, green chilies and peas and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put coriander leaves and serve with puri or roti.

Masala Matar is tasty & spicy dish. Its flavors are amazing. It is easy dish to prepare. Serve with roti or paratha or puri.
