Crunchy Burger

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Buns 3-4
  • White flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/3 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2-3 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Ice berg as required
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For chicken: Cut chicken into 6 slices.
  2. Put oil in plastic shopper.
  3. Then thin it slightly with kitchen hammer and spread it.
  4. Thin all slices one by one and put in mixing bowl.
  5. Put vinegar, salt, mustard paste, red chili powder and garlic powder, mix it and marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. For dry mixture: Put white flour, rice flour, corn flour, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, baking powder, garlic powder and salt and mix it nicely.
  7. For crispy chicken: Beat eggs in bowl.
  8. Now put marinated chicken, put in dry mixture, then put in eggs, repeat this step again, put in pan and fry all pieces one by one.
  9. For sauce: Put mayonnaise and mustard paste in bowl and mix it nicely.
  10. For crunchy burger: Spread sauce on buns.
  11. Then keep chicken piece, put sauce again and keep ice berg or salad leaves.
  12. Then keep second part of bun and serve.

Crunchy Burger is crunchy and delicious burger. It is prepared with chicken, marinated with red chili powder mixture, stuffed in buns and serve.
