					Ingredients:
- Sela rice 2 cups
 
- Sugar 1 cup
 
- Orange juice 1 cup
 
- Khoya 250 gm
 
- Cinnamon 2-3
 
- Cloves 4-5
 
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
 
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
 
- Kewra essence few drops
 
- Orange peel as required
 
- Ghee 1/2 cup
 
Method:
- Clean rice, wash it and soak it.
 
- Now put water and sugar in pan and make syrup.
 
- Heat ghee in pot, put cloves and cinnamon and crackle it.
 
- Then put rice and water and cook until rice dries.
 
- When rice dries, add syrup and put 100 gm khoya.
 
- Now put kewra essence and orange juice, mix it and cover it.
 
- When it dries, put yellow food color and simmer it.
 
- Then take out in dish, put orange peel and dry fruit and serve.
 
								
					  
					
					Orange Rice is new dish. Rice is cooked with orange juice, garnished with dry fruits and serve.
