Khajoor Ka Halwa
- Dates 1-1/2 cup
- Khoya 1 cup
- Semolina 1/2 cup
- Almonds as required
- Pistachios as required
- Green cardamom 1 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Heat ghee in pan, add semolina and cook until golden brown.
- Then add green cardamom and stir fry.
- Then add dates and cook on low flame.
- Now add khoya, cook more for 4-6 minutes, take out in dish, garnish with khoya, silver paper, almonds and pistachios and serve warm.
Khajoor Ka Halwa is delicious halwa. Semolina & dates are cooked in ghee and garnished with nuts. Must try this sweet dish.
