Khajoor Ka Halwa

  • Dates 1-1/2 cup
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Almonds as required
  • Pistachios as required
  • Green cardamom 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup


  1. Heat ghee in pan, add semolina and cook until golden brown.
  2. Then add green cardamom and stir fry.
  3. Then add dates and cook on low flame.
  4. Now add khoya, cook more for 4-6 minutes, take out in dish, garnish with khoya, silver paper, almonds and pistachios and serve warm.

Khajoor Ka Halwa is delicious halwa. Semolina & dates are cooked in ghee and garnished with nuts. Must try this sweet dish.
