Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 50 gm

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry green chilies.
  2. Now put yogurt, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, sugar, tamarind pulp and cumin and mix it.
  3. Then put in remaining oil and roast it nicely.
  4. When it dries, put coriander leaves and coriander leaves and close stove.
  5. It is ready.

Dahi Wali Mirchien is spicy dish. Green chilies is fried and mixed with yogurt. Serve with roti.
