Thai Kabab Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Karahi Masala:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Long chopped green chilies 6
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients of kabab in chopper, chop it, make small seekh kabab and keep it aside.
  2. For karahi masala: Heat oil and fry onion for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add remaining ingredients and kabab, put 1/2 cup water and simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Then put coriander leaves and ginger and serve.

Thai Kabab Karahi is delicious and spicy dish. Kabab is prepared with mince and cooked with green chilies & Thai red curry paste. Serve with rice or naan.
