Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Long chopped carrot 1
  • Long chopped capsicum 1 cup
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Sriracha sauce 1/4 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Egg roll wraps 12
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add chicken and garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Now put sauces, spices and vegetables and fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Then strain with strainer, cool, fill in egg roll wraps, close edges and deep fry.

Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls is tasty roll. It is prepared with same method of spring rolls. Chicken & vegetables mixtures is filled in egg roll wraps and deep fried. Make in Ramadan.
