Fried Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Egg noodles 1/2 packet
  • Chicken stripes 250 gm
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Green onion 2-3
  • Chili garlic sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Talhar chili slice 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onion for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil water, put noodles and 2 tbsp oil in water and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then take it out and put in cold water.
  3. When temperature of noodles becomes normal, take it out and keep it aside.
  4. Now heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
  5. Then put talhar chili and onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add chicken and roast it.
  7. Then add red chili, chili garlic sauce and soya sauce, mix it nicely and fry for 2-3 hours.
  8. Now add noodles and all vegetables and fry on high flame.
  9. Then add lemon juice, take out in dish and garnish with green onion.

Fried Noodles is common dish. It is simple and easy recipe to make at any time. Prepare with any type of noodles, meat and vegetables.
