Oven BBQ Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

• Chicken 1 kg
• Onion 1
• Garlic 1 clove
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Chili sauce 1/4 cup
• Honey 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Mustard 1 tbsp
• Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  

Method:

1. Bake oven on 375 degrees C for 25 minutes.
2. For sauce: Cook onion and garlic in oil in saucepan on medium flame, add chili sauce, honey, soya sauce, mustard and crushed red chili and stir it.
3. Then put sauce on baked chicken, cook it nicely and serve.
