Pav Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potato small cubes 1
  • Boiled & chopped cauliflower 1
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Boiled & chopped carrot 2
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander leaves, green chilies as required
  • Chopped onion 3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Put cumin, boiled vegetables and chopped tomatoes in hot oil and crush vegetables with spoon.
  2. Now add all spices and cook it.
  3. Heat butter in other pan, add 1/4 tsp red chili powder and put on bhaji.
  4. Then put green chilies, coriander leaves and chopped onion and serve.
