					Ingredients:
- Eggs 12
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Cardamom 4
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Almonds, Pistachios as required
 
Method:
- Put eggs, cardamom, vanilla essence, sugar, ghee, almonds and pistachios in blender and blend it.
- Now put in wok and roast it.
- When golden brown, take out from tray and cut into squares.
- Then sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.
