Muthi Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Grated onions 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Sambal Oelek 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Oil 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil for shallow fry

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients nicely and knead it.
  2. Now make kabab and fry in hot oil.
  3. Then fry for 5 minutes on high flame.
  4. Then fry for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Now serve kabab with tamarind chutney and onion rings.

Muthi Kabab is new variety kabab. It is prepared with mince and vegetables. Then fried and served with tamarind chutney. Make it in Ramadan.
