					Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 500 gm
 
- Cumin seeds 1-1/2 tsp
 
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
 
- Red chilies 6-8
 
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
 
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
 
- Salt 1/2 tsp
 
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
 
- Sugar 1 tbsp
 
- Oil 3 tbsp
 
- Curry leaves 8-10
 
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
 
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
 
Method:
- Put tomatoes, cumin seeds, coconut, red chilies, crushed garlic, black pepper and salt in blender and blend it.
 
- Now put mixture in sauce pan.
 
- Also put lemon juice, sugar and oil and boil it.
 
- Now heat oil in small pan and fry curry leaves, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
 
- Now put blended tomatoes.
 
- Then cool it and fill in jar.
 
								
					  
					
					Tomato Chutney is amazing chutney. Tomatoes in blended with spices and boiled with sugar & lemon juice. Serve with roll and samosa.
