Chocolate Cake Trifle Recipe

Ingredients:

For Chocolate Cake:

• Maida 1 cup
• Eggs 2
• Sugar powder 1 cup
• Butter 100 gm
• Coco powder 2 tbsp
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1 pinch
• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
• Milk 1 cup

For Making Custard:

• Milk 1 liter
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Cream 1 packet
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin
• Chocolate as required
• Prepared jelly 1 packet
  

Method:

1. Put all cake ingredients in bowl and beat with beater nicely.
2. Now grease oven proof dish, put this mixture and bake it.
3. Then take it out, cool it and cut into pieces.
4. For custard: Cook milk and put sugar.
5. When it boils, dissolve corn flour in water and add in milk.
6. When thick, close stove and cool it.
7. Now put cake pieces in dish.
8. Put custard on top.
9. Then put cream, jelly, fruit cocktail and chocolate, chill it and serve.
