Peanut Satay Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Crushed & roasted peanut paste 3 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 3/4 tbsp
  • Red curry paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat coconut milk, put peanuts paste and boil it.
  2. Now mix brown sugar and red curry paste.
  3. Then put salt, thick it, cool it and serve.

Peanut Satay Sauce is prepared with peanuts. Boiled in coconut milk and cooked with red curry paste. Serve with chicken satay.
