Falafel Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cooked chickpeas 2 cups
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Maida 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Grind all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Now make small round balls of mixture, keep balls in between two palm and press it.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry falafel until golden brown.
  4. Now take out in paper towel in plate.
  5. Serve with hummus and tahini sauce.

Falafel is delicious snack dish. It is Middle East cuisine. It is prepared with chickpeas and made kabab. Deep fried and serve with hummus & tahini sauce.
