Coconut Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Rice flour 2 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 100 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk 1 tin
  • Eggs 6
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Coconut powder as required

Direction:

  1. Cook rice flour and milk.
  2. Put eggs, cream, coconut milk, vanilla essence and sugar in bowl and beat it.
  3. Then put in milk mixture, mix it and beat it.
  4. Now cook sugar, make caramel, put in mold and set it.
  5. Now put eggs mixture and bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  6. Then cool it, put almonds and serve.

Coconut Rice Pudding is delicious dessert. Milk and rice flour is cooked. Then mixed with eggs & coconut milk and poured on sugar caramel in mold. Then baked, topped with almonds and serve.
