Vegetable Raita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Boiled peas 1 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Beat yogurt.
  2. Now add vegetables.
  3. Then put black pepper, salt and green chilies.
  4. Then heat oil, put cumin and curry leaves and fry it.
  5. Then give tarka to raita.
  6. It is ready.

Vegetable Raita is delicious and healthy raita. It is prepared with mix vegetables, topped with bhagar and serve with pulao.
