- Vermicelli 1/2 kg
- Chopped almonds 10
- Green cardamom 6
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Sugar 3 cups
- Chopped pistachios 10
- Water 1 cup
- Heat ghee and put sugar with green cardamom.
- When aroma comes, put vermicelli, roast it and take out in thal.
- Now put sugar and water in pot, cook it, put roasted vermicelli and mava and simmer it on low flame.
- When water dries, take out in dish, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
