Ingredients:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • Water 3/4 cup

Direction:

  1. Knead flour with milk and water.
  2. Now add ghee and knead it nicely.
  3. Then make 8 small balls.
  4. Now sprinkle ghee and fry maida, roll it and fry it.
  5. Then serve with mince.

Warqi Paratha is tasty dish. Flour is kneaded with milk and ghee. Then fried and serve with mince.
