Black Pepper Crusted Beef Steak With Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

For Steak Marination:

  • Beef steak fillet 4
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Mix herbs dry 1/2 tsp

For Chimichurri Sauce:

  • Parsley fresh 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/3 cup
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Crushed dry red chilies 3/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Direction:

  1. Marinate beef steak with all ingredients for 1 hour.
  2. For sauce: Blend all ingredients nicely and keep it aside.
  3. Grill steak nicely and serve with sauce.
