Chops Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chops boiled 1/2 kg
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Direction:

  1. Put water, chops, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in pot and boil it.
  2. When chops tender, close stove.
  3. Heat oil in other pan and fry onion until golden brown.
  4. Now put tomato, yogurt, cream, salt, cardamom and red chilies and roast it nicely.
  5. Then put boiled chops.
  6. Put coriander leaves and butter and simmer it.

Chops Masala is tasty dish. Chops is boiled and then mixed with tomato, yogurt & cream. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
