Oats Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Oats 2 cup
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Brown sugar 250 gm
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Coconut slice 1/2 cup
  • Raisins 50 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Cashew nuts 50 gm

Direction:

  1. Heat ghee and fry oats.
  2. Now put milk, cardamom powder and brown sugar in other pan, cook it and make syrup.
  3. Now put oats and cook on low flame.
  4. Then simmer it for few minutes.
  5. Then put almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, coconut slice and khoya and serve.

Oats Ka Halwa is delicious dish. Oats is fried in ghee. Milk & brown sugar is cooked and cook with oats. Then khoya, nuts & coconut are added and served.
