  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Icing sugar 3/4 cup, for garnish
  • Coconut desiccated 1 cup
  • Melted butter 125 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1/2 cup


  1. Grease 19 cm x 29 cm slice pan and line with baking paper.
  2. Sift flour into large bowl, stir in sugar and coconut.
  3. Make well in center.
  4. Add butter, eggs and mix, mix it nicely and poured in pan.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees C for about 30 minutes or until cooked with tested.
  6. Stand slice in pan for 5 minutes and cool on wire rack.
  7. Serve warm or cold and cut into squares.
  8. Garnish with icing sugar.

Coconut Slice is delicious sweet dish. Coconut, flour, milk, eggs & butter are mixed and baked. Then garnish with icing sugar and serve warm or cold in squares.
