Kachumber Salad is healthy and common salad. You can add more ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
  • Cucumbers chopped 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 5
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 2 chopped
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Grind garlic, mint leaves and coriander leaves in grinder.
  2. Then mix with salt, lemon juice and oil and make dressing.
  3. Then toss onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and green chilies in bowl.
  4. Then drizzle dressing and serve chilled.

Kachumber Salad is prepared with mix vegetables. Then tossed, drizzled with garlic, mint leaves & coriander leaves dressing and served chilled.
