Kachumber Salad Recipe
Kachumber Salad is healthy and common salad. You can add more ingredients.
- Onions chopped 1 cup
- Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- Cucumbers chopped 1 cup
- Chopped green chilies 5
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves 2 chopped
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Grind garlic, mint leaves and coriander leaves in grinder.
- Then mix with salt, lemon juice and oil and make dressing.
- Then toss onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and green chilies in bowl.
- Then drizzle dressing and serve chilled.
Kachumber Salad is prepared with mix vegetables. Then tossed, drizzled with garlic, mint leaves & coriander leaves dressing and served chilled.
