Pecans are heart friendly nuts, which are packed with plant sterols, and compounds in it helps to lower your cholesterol level, and antioxidants present in it prevents plaque formation that causes hardening in your arteries, and it`s a good source of vitamin B3 that fights fatigue and gives you energy. Almonds are rich source of calcium and vitamin E, which helps to have strong bones as well as improves and conditions your skin, and they are heart friendly too as their skin have the heart protecting compounds known as flavonoids.
