  • 250 gm Sugar
  • 250 gm Peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • One pinch of yellow color
  • Few drops peach essence
  • Juice of 2 Lemons


  1. In a blender put the peach slices with sugar and lemon juice and blend well.
  2. Put the mixture in a pan, heat it and slowly bring it to a boil, stirring with a wooden spoon.  
  3. Add the food color and stir until setting point is reached.  
  4. Add in the essence; allow cooling and pouring into a sterilized jar.
