					Ingredients:
- 120 g mushrooms, 
- chopped 1 clove garlic, 
- chopped ¼ tsp dried tarragon 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 2 tsp soy sauce 
- 2 tbsp cream cheese   
- salt and pepper, to taste
- minced 2 tbsp butter,
- melted 1 small onion.
Method:
- In a pot combine butter, onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Sauté it until tender. Add the tarragon and stir well. 
- Let the mixture cool and once it’s cool blend it to smoothen it.
- Add cream cheese, lemon juice, soy sauce and salt and pepper.
- Blend again until smooth.
  
					
					Grinded mushroom combined with flavors
