Ingredients for Doodh Ki Bottle:

  • Fresh milk 2 litre
  • Khoya 250 gram
  • Sugar 300 gram
  • Pistachio 100 gram
  • Almonds 100 gram
  • Cardamom 10

Method:

  1. Boil milk. Then cook on low flame.
  2. When milk becomes light brown, add sugar and close stove.
  3. Now add roasted khoya.
  4. Together add cardamom, pistachio and almond and fill bottle.
  5. Doodh ki bottle is ready.

Ingredients for Kache Kele Ke Meethe Chips:

  • Raw banana 8
  • Oil 1 kg
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Peel banana.
  2. Now cut into long with peeler and fry in hot oil.
  3. In one karahi, make syrup of sugar and water.
  4. Mash fried banana in syrup, chill it and serve.
