Masala machli

Ingredients:

  • Fish         1
  • Oil    1 cup
  • Garlic  4 cloves
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 pinch
  • Clove 2 
  • Black pepper whole 4
  • Red chilli whole 8- 10
  • Talhar mirch 2-4
  • Lemon 3
  • Coriander whole 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger  2tbsp
  • Onion 4 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1-1/2 tbsp

 Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion , ginger, garlic coriander ,cumin ,cinnamon ,fenugreek clove ,black pepper ,turmeric, red chilli talhar mirch with a little water.
  2. Now add lemin juice and salt and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl take fish and mix it with salt and lemon juice.
  4. In a separate pan , heat oil and semi fry the fish.
  5. Take it out in a baking tray.
  6. Pour the masala over  it
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins.
