Ingredients for Bajre Ke Ladoo:
- Bajre ka atta 2 cup
- Desi ghee 6-8 tbsp
- Green garlic (saag) 3 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for Jalebi Dahi Ke Saath:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1 kg
- Sugar 2 kg
- Yogurt as required
- Khanay ka soda as required
- Baking powder 2 tsp
