Ingredients:

  • Beef boneless 750 gm
  • Ghee/Oil 3/4 cup
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Fried onion 1-1/2 cup
  • Crushed green chilli 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Degi chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Rice 750 gm
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Bay leaf as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Lukewarm milk 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salad for serving
  • Raita for serving
