Ingredients For Cake Rusk:

  • Butter  4 ounce
  • Caster sugar 4 ounces
  • Eggs  3
  • Flour 4 ounce
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence  3/4 tsp
  • Yellow color few drops


  1. Beat the butter and sugar.
  2. Now add 2 eggs, beat it well.
  3. Then add vanilla essence, few drops of pinch of yellow color.
  4. Now add baking powder, filtered flour, mix it well.
  5. Then grease this mixture and put cake in a rusk tin, bake it in oven for 45 minutes on 180 degree C.
  6. After that take it out and cool it cut it into slices.
  7. Now bake it on 150 degree C for 15 minutes then bake it from another side.

Ingredients For  Professional Black Forest Cake:

  • Eggs  6
  • Flour  4 ounces
  • Coco powder  2 ounces
  • Sugar  6 ounces
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Tinned cherries  1
  • Fresh cream whipped  16 ounces
  • Chocolate  100 gm
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp


  1. First put the coco powder, flour, baking powder and filter it.
  2. Now add egg, sugar beat it, until it becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Now add vanilla essence, filtered mixture mix it well.
  4. Then put that mixture into a sandwich pan bake it for 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
  5. Now make it cool and cut it into 2 layer.
  6. Then paste the syrup on cake with the help of knife.
  7. Now paste cheese on every layer.
  8. Then paste cream on it, sprinkle grated chocolate and cheese then serve.

Ingredients For Tarts:

  • Flour  8 ounces
  • Butter  5 ounces
  • Caster sugar  2 ounces
  • Egg yolk  1

Ingredients For Custard:

  • Milk  2 cups
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Strawberries, kiwi, pineapple  as required


  1. First put the butter, caster sugar beat it well.
  2. Now put beaten egg yolk, flour and fold it nicely.
  3. Now mix it well and leave it to rise for 15 minutes.
  4. Then roll the dough, and cut it into round shape.
  5. Now place it in a tart tray, and make it brown with the help of fork.
  6. Then bake it for 20 minutes and then take it out.
  7. Now for making custard pour milk, sugar melt it.
  8. When the sugar is saturated then add corn flour mixture, vanilla essence, cream mix it well.
  9. Now do the filling in tart, add strawberry, kiwi garnish it with pineapple then serve.

  • Caster sugar  2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
  • Blueberries  1/2 cup
  • Soda  1/4 cup
  • Vanilla icing 2 scoops
  • Crushed ice  1 cup


  1. First put yogurt, caster sugar, vanilla essence, blue berries, soda, scoop vanilla, vanilla icing, chopped ice in a blender then serve.
