Ingredients for Paya:

  • Goat trotters 8
  • Onion 4
  • Lemon 4
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 5-6 tbsp
  • Turmeric 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Naan for serving
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Green chilli for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Kashmiri Hareesa:

  • Mutton boneless 1 kg
  • Wheat 250 gm
  • Green mong daal 3 tbsp
  • Rice 1/4 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Bakar khani 7
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 3-4 tbsp
  • Mutton stock 2 cup
  • Ghee for serving
  • Whole mix spice 1-1/2 tbsp
