Ingredients For Lesuni Chicken Seekh Kabab:

  • Chicken mince  1/2 kg
  • Roasted chick peas  1 tbsp
  • White seeds  1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom  4
  • All spice powder  as requires
  • Black cumin  1 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies  3
  • Seekh kabab masala 1 tbsp
  • Bread slices  2
  • Salt to taste
  • Raw papaya  1 tbsp
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. First put the chicken mince, add yogurt boil it, seekh kabab masala, bread slice.
  2. Now add roasted peas, raisin, chopped cumin, white cumin, small cardamom chop it well.
  3. Then mix that masala in mince.
  4. Now put the red chilies, salt, chopped green chilies, chopped mint, chopped papaya, knead it well keep it for a while.
  5. Now pour oil in a pan, put kababs for frying.
  6. When they change its color then put them in a pan.
  7. After that put coals on kababs with slice pour some oil.
  8. Cover and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. Mazaydar seekh kababs are ready.

Ingredients For Ginger Chili Chicken Karahi:

  • Chicken 16 pieces
  • Lemons  2
  • Green chilies  8
  • Red chili flakes  8
  • Yellow food color  as required
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the chicken pieces, put it in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, salt,white vinegar, pinch of yellow color let it cook.
  2. When water starts to cook then add yogurt, chopped green chilies, chopped red chilies, chopped ginger with oil then roast it.
  3. In the end add chopped black pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic serve it hot with naan.

Ingredients For Ginger Tomato Fried Rice:

  • Rice  2-2 1/2 cups
  • Chopped tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies  6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped ginger  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First wash the rice and keep it in water.
  2. Now boil the rice along salt, white vinegar.
  3. When the rice boils to 2/4th change its water simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then pour oil in a pan, add tomatoes for roasting.
  5. After that add green chilies, chopped black pepper, soya sauce, chopped ginger and rice mix it well.
  6. In the end add lemon juice, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. Mazaydar ginger tomato fried rice is ready.
