Ingredients For Dum Ka Keema:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion  4
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbs
  • Red chili  as required
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom  4
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Bay leaf  1
  • White cumin  1-1/2 tsp
  • Black cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves  6
  • Raw papaya  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Gosht ki Curry:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Curd  1/2 cup
  • Garlic  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  3 tsp
  • Oil  2
  • Normal sized onion  for baghar
  • Red chilies  for baghar
  • Curry leaves for baghar
  • White cumin  for baghar

Ingredients For Masoor & Keemay Ka Pulao:

  • Chicken or mutton minced 1/2 kg
  • Black lentil  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Black pepper  8-10
  • Green cardmom 2-3
  • Onion  2
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Black cumin  1 tsp
  • Red chili  as required
  • Tomatoes  3-4
  • Curd  1/4 kg
  • Lemon  2
  • Coriander  as required
  • Mint as required
  • Green chili as required
  • Rice  2 cup
