Ingredients For Foil Mutton Chops With Shan Tikka Boti Masala:

  • Chops  1/2 kg
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Green chili grinded  1 tsp
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Shan Tikka boti masala  2 tbsp
  • Potato 1
  • Carrot  1
  • Peas  1/2 cup
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Shan chat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Shan garam masala  1/2 tsp
  • Foil pieces cut into 6' 6 inch  10 to 12

Method:

  1. First marinate the chops with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, vinegar, and shan tikka boti masala for 30 minutes.
  2. Then pour water till the chops are tendered.
  3. Now take a bowl add yogurt, shan chaat masala and shan garam masala mix it well.
  4. Then take a foil piece place one chop and put yogurt mixture.
  5. Now add chopped and boiled potato cubes and boiled carrot, close the wrapers, then bake every chop for 15- 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Saat Samandar Par:

  • Plain cake  1 pound
  • Fruit cocktail  1 tin
  • Plain vanilla custard  4 cup
  • Cream 2 packets
  • Chocolate syrup as required

For Custard:

  • Milk  1 kg
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Shan vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour milk, sugar and shan vanilla custard powder and make the custard.
  2. Now take 1 pound cake, cut it into pieces and spread it in dish.
  3. Then add syrup, pour fruit cocktail.
  4. Now spread the custard on it.
  5. Pour cream and chocolate syrup on its top, serve it cool.
