Ingredients For Masala Wala Vada:

  • Potatoes boiled  4
  • Anar dana  2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tsp
  • Brown onion crushed  2 tsp
  • Mint leaves chopped  2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper  2 tsp
  • All spice
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala

For Batter:

  • Gram flour  1 cup
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Soda bi carb  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. For making batter: Add flour, salt and soda bi carb with water make smooth batter.
  2. For making vada: Take a bowl add boiled and chopped potato, anar dana, lemon juice, fried and chopped onions, green coriander, chopped red chilies, garam masala, salt and chopped chaat masala mix it.
  3. Now make its balls, then dip it into ready batter deep fry it.

Ingredients For Chicken Shorba:

  • Wheat soaked overnight 1/2 kg
  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies grinded  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp

For Stuffing:

  • Salt  1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes blended  3

For Bhagar:

  • Oil  3/4 cup
  • Mint chopped  1 bunch
  • Ginger Julian  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 6 to 8
  • Brown onion  1/2 cup
  • All spice  1 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak the wheat for overnight, then boil it in morning with water and turmeric, until it tenders, then blend it after becomes cool.
  2. First add chicken boneless, add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, grinded green chilies and water boil it well, until it becomes tender.
  3. Then chop the chicken and mix it with blended wheat.
  4. Now add blended tomatoes, mix it nicely, cook it for 30 minutes, until it becomes thick.
  5. In end give it baghar, for baghar add mint, garam masala, ginger, fried onion, chopped green chilies, make the baghar, serve it hot.
