Ingredients For No Bake Mocha Cheese Cake:

  • Chocolate cookie crumbs 2 cusp
  • Butter, melted  3 tbsp
  • Cream cheese, softened  8 oz
  • Condensed milk  1 can  (14 oz)
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Cream, whipped  2 cups cream
  • Instant coffee powder  2 tbsp
  • Hot water  1 tbsp
  • Chocolate syrup  1/2 cup
  • Extra cream  to decorate

Method:

  1. Grind the chocolate cookies into processor, make its powder add butter.
  2. Then grease the pan, set the mixture.
  3. Take a bowl add cream cheese, beat it add milk and vanilla essence mix it well.
  4. Then fold it into cream and put the another mixture into another bowl.
  5. Now mix the instant coffee powder in water mix it and fold it into cream cheese  mixture, fold it into chocolate syrup.
  6. Now put the chocolate mixture on baked crust, put the creamy layer.
  7. Now repeat it and leave it for 6 hours to freeze then set it.
  8. Serve it with cream and chocolate then serve.

Ingredients For Cheesy Chaat Dip:

  • Cheese spread 1 cup
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Green chilies finely chopped  2
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp

For Serving:

  • Crisp puris  as required
  • Corn chips  as required

Method:

  1. First mix the cheese spread, cumin powder, green chilies, chaat masala, chopped red chilies and coriander blend it.
  2. Now put it into bowl, serve it in serving plate.
  3. Garnish the dip sauce with cumin powder and coriander leaves.
