Ingredients For Beef Onion Bhuna:

  • Beef fillets (pasanday) 1/2 kg
  • Onion  250 gm
  • Tomato slices  2
  • Green chili  6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder  1 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Red chili  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First boil the pasanday, when it is tendered then turn off the stove.
  2. Now add onions make it brown.
  3. Then add chopped black pepper, salt, red chilies, green chili and pasanday roast it lightly.
  4. Now add lemon juice and chopped ginger turn off the stove.
  5. Add tomato slices.

Ingredients For Light Spice Pulao:

  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Tomato  250 gm
  • Green peas 250 gm
  • Potato 2
  • Carrots  2
  • Spring onion  250 gm
  • Cottage cheese  200 gm
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  10
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Onion  1
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First pour oil add peas, potatoes, carrot, green onion for frying.
  2. Now add cottage cheese for frying.
  3. Then add water and salt, vegetables cover and let it cook.
  4. When it is tendered then add tomato slices, chopped black pepper, boiled rice and salt mix it well.
  5. Then simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. After that turn off the stove take out the rice in a dish.
  7. Pour oil add curry leaves, onion make it brown then give it tarka.
