Ingredients For Chandi Korma:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Edible silver leaf 4
  • Boiled egg 4
  • Rose petals  few
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Rose water 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a chicken add yogurt, green chilies paste, chopped cardamom, salt, ginger garlic paste and black pepper leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Now pour ghee add chopped onions make it golden brown.
  3. Then add chicken leave it on low temperature for an hour.
  4. After that roast it and pour water as needed cook it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now turn off the stove add kewra and rose water.
  6. Take it out in a dish add boiled eggs, silver paper and rose petals then serve.

Ingredients For Double Roti Ki Kheer:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Edible silver leaf 1
  • Bread slice 4
  • Dry milk 1 cup
  • Boiled rice 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Chopped pistachio 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Almond powder 2 tbsp
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour milk leave it to cook.
  2. Now pour oil, add bread slices make their pieces, fry them.
  3. Then pour oil spread it on tissue paper.
  4. After that add rice and bread slices in milk make it thick, add sugar leave it on high temperature.
  5. Now add small cardamom, condensed milk, chopped almonds and dry milk turn off the stove.
  6. Take it out in a dish add chopped pistachio sprinkle silver paper then serve.
